Silkie thread!

WOW-- this is an amazing looking bird!! Gorgeous!

ok, not the greatest photo for composition, but you can see the colors a little better in this photo.

Very front is a buff (3/8) then a white (4/3). Side by side is a black and a white from paint breeding (3/16). Then the baby buff (4/3) and a white (3/8).
Cute chicks!! Love all the fluff!

This is Butch my new 6 month old Roo!!

WOW! Beautiful roo!

This is one of my new hatchlings....It is 2 weeks old.

That's not a silkie is it? It's beak is yellow? But it is sure a cutie!!! Love his coloring!

My daughter raised these chicks from an experimental breeding last Summer between a white sport (from a bbs line) and her best splash cockerel. They resembled partridge as chicks, but are they truly partridge or are they just "mixed"? We've never raised partridge, so I don't have a clue really.
There are four different pullets here. The first two pics are of Jasmine...she is a very light powdery blue. The other three are darker. I have more pics of wing pattern, etc. if that will help identify the colors.
Thanks for your help :)

Really beautiful birds!!

Okay, Day 2 for my new chick... here's some pictures of fluffy baby goodness! hehehe!

OMG! That last photo is priceless!!! You should definitely enter that in a contest!! I hope you can get some info on breeding you broody from someone who really knows. She is so nice! How about breeding her with a black roo? Just an idea but I don't really know what's best.
