You can call your baby Sherbert - lol I don't mind.
BUT i will warn you that is EXACTLY how my Sherb looked, nice pretty round crest, etc til he hit about 4.5 months and started getting streamers and the wings started to darken. So at 2 months I would not get comfortable thinking thats a girl....

Yes you're right...but I would bet it's a girl as I can easily tell my boys at the moment, so here's hoping....

I think you do the best you can to breed out the DQ's but from generations back, they just show up!
