Silkie thread!

I've been watching them from my kitchen window.  Pompette is trying to 'hang out' with them, but they're like ahhhh! run away run away! LOL  just now I watched and they allowed her to hang out a little bit before they freaked out again LOL

You think it'll be ok to remove the cage and let them sleep together tonight?  

They should be fine. Unless they try to join the silkie pile. Then there may be issues

Hopefully they just create their own separate pile. My birds are much calmer at night.

Should I keep trying every day?  Or should I just say, get it out of your system.  Is it just going to prolong things if I keep interfering?

Have you tried to put a dog kennal in the middle of the area so they can see
each other? That way they can get used to seeing each other on a daily basis...
With out damage and or the bully picking on certain ones.. I am just a newbie..???
Chickens don't seem to like change.. I say to bad.. You are young you'll adjust!!
I love that sentence.. So far for us they have not draw blood.. When I am around
I carry a stick & if one keeps on chasing another.. I chase them.. Hilarious to see..
They get the idea and stop..
Since they were a few days old I hold them and carry them around.. It could be
a bad idea, however I really want them to hang out & not be afraid.. Plus it is
easier for me to check on them for mites, illness or OWIES... None yet..

as long there not fighting they be fine they dont have be freinds but they need to learn live togeather in same house like some dogs and cats

Thanks for the warm welcomes y'all! Here is a photo of the baby silkie, yet to be named lol. How old do you think she is? If you ask me... I'd say almost 2 weeks?

Adorable little one! Looks about right. Between 1-2 weeks. I wouldn't guess over 2 weeks though.
