I only have 4 silkies. 1 of which I am sure is a male. 1 I know is a female. and the other two I have no idea .why not have a couple rooster in my white breeding pen i have 3 roosters the 2 older boys sleep next to each other

I was reading something about Cochins and it seems that the black ones have better type than other colors. Why is it that the black always has better type? Is it because it's a common color and there are more birds to work with, therefore the blacks are nicer than others?
