#1, #3, and #4 look like frizzled cochins, #2 could be a smooth frizzled silkie? Watch to see if it grows a crest at all. It looks to have black skin, but unfortunately looks to be just smooth feathered so if it's a frizzle it may just be a carrier.

it looks like it may get smooth feathers, not silkied. when you make sizzles you will get a mix of sizzles(silkies with hard frizzled feathers). frizzled silkies( silkies with frizzy silkied feathers), regular silkied feathers and smooth feathers. Thanks! The little blue one is itty bitty compared to the others. It does have back skin.
If it is just a carrier, will it look like a regular silkie? Will it keep the color?
Just thought I'd share this. My silkie roo is not an agressive fella at all. Until today. I had everybody out doing the free range and one og my RIR girls ( the big kids are kept in a seperate pen from my silkies) was dust bathing and a hawk stooped down. I was all like "$@*%, not afreakin'gain" (we just had one of our cornishX get cut up by a hawk a couple of weeks ago.) Mr. Silkie Roo jumped and tore the belly feathers off the hawk. Now I have hawk feathers all over my yard and my silkie roo is so proud of himself, he's almost intolerable! LOL. He aparently thought he deserved a reward from the RIR hen and proceeded to chase her all over the yard until the big rooster put a stop to it. Too funny!

Not really, a frizzle is a bird with frizzled feathers of any breed. They are labeled as their own breed by the APA but are judged as the breed they are, such as a frizzled cochin, frizzled silkie, sizzle, frizzled polish, etc. Do you know what kind of frizzles you have?
I think so... but it could be 50/50
Does anyone know where I can get more silkies in the Florida panhandle area? I am jus outside Pensacola.
