I don't drive and my hubby would have me committed if I asked him to drive that far for a chicken! Hmmm Can you ship chickens in the mail? Is it safe to do?

I know that people do ship live birds, however I have never done so, and I believe (not sure) it costs somewhere near a hundred dollars, maybe less/more, I'm not sure. I would have to look into that

To anyone who is interested, I have buff silkie roosters free to good home, as well as the silver partridge one.
Side note- the white silkie is my favorite, he follows me everywhere and demands to be held and pet

mine is quite a sweetheart if I try to walk away without petting him he hops on my feet and stands there till I pick him up

Mine really is so sweet, he just loves me and its great. We go on walks togther where I hold him and he loves it

Can I throw a silkie into the mix with three other buff orps? They will all be young...about 6 weeks.
