That sounds exactly like what my Lily had. She just got off her 3rd round of Tylan. The first two I only gave her 3 days of and it came right back. This time I gave it for 5 days. She is doing really well. it looked like Micoplasmosis but the vet said no, that it was from dust from being cooped up from the winter and it gave her an infection. The Tylan 50 does seem to help. If it happens again, I may refer to your situation and try the Baytril for her. I know it isn't serious because she has always been the only one who gets it and it's the same side of her face every time. HUGE swollen sinus and crusty eye. Sneezing and tired. She eats like a little piggy all through it though. She is doing really great right now. I try to keep her out of cold drafts and dusty environments.
