Just had a good hatch today. 2 BBS left to hatch. Hatched out so far 6 splash and 7 blues. All 13 are vaulted. Nice toes, toe feathering, nice round plump little bodies.

pretty, kinda reminds me of a pengi, someone must start working on penguin silkies! start now, i want to see them waddling around on the first snow falls everywere!!!

Oops, you are right, it's blue. The black? one has it's butt to the camera. That one is darker, and the egg was marked black, but could it be a dark blue? Love the little pom-pom heads! The little white one was trying to take a doze, they had just pigged out.

They are so funny to watch after they eat, they all look like weebles, and try holding themselves up by leaning forward onto their heads until they just can't keep their eyes open. Then they all just fall over and sleep!

You can breed her to black. I'm not sure a lot is known yet how to get consistency in the grays. But when they look like that girl, yum.
