Silkie thread!

I had set 12 eggs under two broody silkie hens, went out this morning and all 12 have hatched....

I've got a little Silkie cockerel that's trying to crow and he's not even two months old! They were hatched Easter weekend. Don't know which one it is yet because they hush as soon as I walk up. I'm thinking it's one of the Blues.

I am getting the chicks this evening!!!!! I just can't wait! I had never had silkies before, but reading and hearing people praising them I thought I'd HAVE to give them a try!!!! I can't wait!!!!!!! :cd  e
