I that darling ball of fluff one of the partridge/lav that we were talked ng about? That color is growing on me....

I'm in Maryland and I just discovered two of my silkies are roos. I can't have roosters where I live. Anyone interested?

Yes. It's the same pullet. She's really pretty for pictures. The partridge are a bit dark to take really good ones.

That is adorable! I may play around with those a bit. We may at some point dabble in some shows, but they are mostly pretty little pets and egg layers, so as long as I keep good records, so I know where little lavender alleles are/ could be hiding.... If we get serious, we will definitely have to add some nice birds anyway.... We really have a pretty little flock for ourselves... And chicken math is fun!!

Ok so made my first diaper for my silkie, put it on her and what a show lol. She mostly walked backwards and sat down. Poor thing but I kept telling her if she wants freedom in the house she must get use to it.

I'm saying she but only 7 weeks so could be a he.

Love the style! Mine are much more active when the fluff is pulled back. With colored hair band, they look like punk rockers!
