For those of using a mobile device, the BYC site opens up with a different home page now. If you look down at the bottom of the page, you can select desktop view and it will be the same format as what we have been used to.

Oh my Gosh! Thank you! I didn't know I could change back, I was not liking the new way. Yay!
 
One of my Silkie cockerels did a bite at me again. Second time. Doesn't bite hard, doesn't attack me. He does it when I pick him up. Any way of disciplining a chicken that's not flogging, just beginning to bite? Hold his beak and say no?

Pin him down, nor hard but firm. He needs to know who's boss. I have to do this with my rooster when he starts picking on my silkie girl. He pecks at her feet so I press down on his back until he settles and concedes.

One of mine did that a bit Pam, I just kept picking him up many times a day and he stopped.
