So I've been itching to get an incubator!

e
Now I know that it won't be a waste of my money and it will get plenty of use. Problem is, I have no idea what to pick. Price wise the Brinsea Octagon 20 Eco would be great. But how idiot proof is it? lol Especially when the person operating it has never used an incubator.
It says on the website that
there is no facility for humidity measurement control (whatever that means). How do I measure the humidity?
The day I find myself an incubator, I'm doing a test run with our pet chicken eggs to make sure I'm doing it right before I put anything valuable in there.
BEWARE!!! I will be asking a billion questions when it's time! lol
