yes they do! at the time she was my only sizzle and only silkie rooster i have are him and his blue brother. the mom has red leakage in her breast, do you think thats why she threw it??

No fair you aren't my next door neighbor. I am looking for more whites. I have one in my grow out pen, looking like a boy. Maybe someday he can mate with my little paint that just hatched, and I could get some of both.
I had 8 more silkie babies hatch. These are from someone that I usually only get one to hatch, but this time, I did pretty good. 10 went into lock down. I am wanting a splash again, I think I got a few!
Group shot..little paint up on top..not sure what color that white is..has a smoky coloring
in the head and neck area. Pretty though. Then there is the tiny tot at the bottom looks
to be a dark blue.

here's the pictures I ment to put up a while ago of my 8 little chicks, before I took these pictures I just had cleaned out their brooder box! they're about 1 and a 1/2 in these pictures! 
Wow, 8 hatched from shipped eggs. Not bad . Looks like you got mostly red partridge and blue/ black. yeah, im yvery happy with the hatch rate, actually there was another chick that had nearly hatched, but has it was hatching its beck got suck on the bottom of the incubator because of the yellowish stuff that comes out when they hatch, and I didn't look into the bator, to see how they are going, till it died!

actually 10 of the 12 eggs were fertile, just 2 didn't end up hatching...? not sure why
Probably incubation issues.
my two chicks are 7 days old..can i take them from their mom for like half an hour during the day. I want to hold them for a few minutes
