Silkie thread!

My three poor 5-6 month old silkies are scared of 5 week old chicks XD, except when they're eating. There silkies are boss then

I'm new to this thread and REALLY NEED some chick advice! I didn't see anywhere else to post except for in the reply section, so I hope this is right. :)
So I have 5 chicks, the first hatched 5/22 and the last 6/2. I had 3 eggs that didn't hatch even though the chicks were fully formed. This is only the second year I've had chicks and these guys are acting different than last years babies. I noticed them all sparring like roosters. Is this normal chick play or should I prepare myself for a roo chicks???? The hens have been paying less attn to them, so could they just be taking their frustration out on each other? If anyone can offer some advice I would be so very grateful!!! I'll attach some pics too.

Hi , while that last one is looking very much like cockerel, all chicks spar. It's a little early to sex them with any certainty but give it a few weeks and I sure the lovely folks here will be happy to help you.

Thank you so much! You put my mind at ease! I know last year I almost gave a hen away because she had developed a bigger comb. Luckily I got advice before I rehomed her! :D
