I am glad to hear you hen has taken to treatment well. The rooster was saddly getting swelling in his joints and didn't walk well :( I couldn't have him int he house due to the cats and the other room free of cats has the incubator and two brooders with chicks in them. I felt it would be safer if he was culled. I have a bird in quareenten already who is badly injured and has lice if she caught it at all from him I am scared what would happen to her as she is under so much stress already as her wound needs to be checked every day and she isn't use to human contact.

Sounds like you made a good decision to cull. However, I never heard of CRD issues causing joint swelling or walking disability -- sounds more like a Marek's symptom or other malady that displays the same type symptoms. I agree w/ other posters that without a definite necropsy report you are just playing a guessing game about the two remaining pullets. I would not have taken any of the chickens onto my property with the symptoms you described because quarantine is useless when chicken dander on clothing or shoes can transfer maladies to the outdoor flock no matter how careful you try to be. I wish you the best with the outcome on your two remaining pullets and keep us posted on your experience.
 
Both hens are appearing fine, and the scaly leg mites are almost totally gone now. The rooster only had the swollen feet when I got him and we belived at the time it was a combination of bad frost bite and scally leg mites. It wasn't until he arrived that we saw the other symptoms apearing :( Luckly both girls are doing great so far.

I currently have 7 chicks that are pure bred silkies :) They will be a month old on the 18th. They are so cute and friendly, going by stance, size difference, and foot size only 3 are male :) I am hoping the two I really like are female.
