Anyone know how a blueish/whitish chick came from both black parents with parents who are both black as well?

The girls are pullets and the male is around 2 years, I believe.

This probably isn't the first or last stupid question from me, but when I bring the 5 weekers home, do their heat requirements differ from standard chickens? Should I put them in the brooder at 70-75 degrees or in the coop with a 150 watt bulb if the need to have a little warmth. It's going to be raining with highs or 55-60 and lows of 45-48 for the next 1-2 weeks here.
