It's real easy to take the babies outside.Make sure you have a enclosed space outside so nothing can attack them from above & around the enclosed area and grab a chair and sit down and relax out there with them.

That's the problem. I don't have anything safe....

Maybe I'll just use a heavy cardboard box with the bottom cut out. I would definitely stay right with them!

In the big cardboard box cut the bottom out so they can graze on the grass.

I am so excited that I will be joining all of you silkie owners!! I pick up my 2 white silkie hens & 1 white silkie roo this Sunday from fellow BYCer "ChooksinChoppers" and I couldn't be happier to not only be getting these beauties but to also be able to help some rehome their "babies" & keep them together. I will post pics as soon as we get a few taken!
