Silkie thread!

I don't see any Silkie influence there.... How many toes does he have?

She has 4 toes but she is a frizzled cochin so I thought they were mixed with silkies...

Cindy was selling him as porcelain, but Chloe was also sold to me as porcelain (which she isn't...).
So I just bought him based on looks, lol. I think he would work nice with Chloe, who is now said to be self blue partridge.

Oh, yeah, he does look like he could be porcelain. You will probably get some lavenders from that cross too. I trying to get a porcelain/lav pen going but mine are all babies.

That seems to be my going color. I was really wanting to get more splash!
Out of my 3 girls, I had 12 eggs at the beginning of April.
7 out of 12 hatched, and it looks like I got no Splashes, so I'm guessing my Splash girl was giving the infertile eggs.
However, out of the last, small hatch. I think I might have one splash? (closest to momma hen)

Thank you. And I was just looking over my chicks, and I actually see a "spot" on one... maybe I did get some splash?! I can't wait for them to feel out, and I really know what I got. LOL

Thank you! I need to post these pics in here. They are little polish chicks, that were quite photogenic! I wanted to show you one of the chicks little toe. Seems broken, but I can't bend it back, without risk of breaking it again. It is so crooked, that she is a little unbalanced. What do you think? The little one on the Left, her middle toe goes left, right beside the other toe. Not sure how you number toes/digits in chicks. So the middle toe is against the medial/inner toe! ahaha. I don't know.
