silkie toenails

are the silkie chickens 5th toenail supposed to be curved upward? is it something i should be worried about? all 4 of our silkies have their 5th toenail curved upward only on 1 foot each i think let me know if you think it is something serious

hi I raise silkies too. I wouldn't think its anything to worry about. I just checked and all mine are like that also. what I have done is trimmed it so it doesn't get too long. that way it won't cause any issue's
so I'm not sure if its normal or not but all my silkies are like that too
if it makes you feel better. I wouldn't worry one bit about it. you can just keep it trimmed up so it won't get too long. hope this helps. best wishes not to worry.

thanks i was getting a little worried about it because there is only like 1 foot on each of them that is like that

not to worry just keep it trimmed up and they will be just fine which color silkies do you have? I have two partridge that are four months old one black that is 5 months old and one blue that is 7 months old and I'm getting a baby splash. how about you?

we have 4 white hens we want to get some of the blue ones and some black ones

i am not really sure how old the ones we have are
