Silkie with an eye problem

I noticed today that one of my Silkies had a bit of feather stuck in her eye (we had bad weather for a few days and I think she may have gotten wet and when her head feathers were weighed down, it didn't dry right). We cleaned the area and brushed back the feathers with a cotton pad, but the area still looked irritated. Is there anything - some sort of eye drops?- we should apply to help it heal and prevent infection?

There is eye ointment for chickens.You can get it at tractor supply ect.

Hello! We are having a little more complicated problem. He's been like this for about a month. We tried Tylan 50 and eye ointment but doesn't help. The yellow thing is hard and is coming out of his nostril too.

Any suggestions help.
