We have a tan silkie that unlike her sister, doesn’t have a fluffy tail! Her tail looks like it’s feathers instead of normal silkie fluff, the tips of her wings are like this too... is this a problem or normal for non bearded silkies?

It doesn't mean she's crossed with another breed of chicken or anything like that it simply comes down to the breeding.

Some silkies have more hard feathers on the tail and wings than others.

She does have more hard feathers than average on her tail but hard feathers on the secondary and primary wing feathers are quite common. They just tend to look scraggly/tatty.

It's nothing to do with being bearded or non-bearded :)
