Cochin tail feathers

So I have a blue Cochin pullet whose tail used to be really fluffy and I’m just wondering if there is anyways to make her feathers look fluffier. I just feel like they look very wilted, is there anything I can do to fix that? Thank you

How old is she? Where does she roost? Is she rubbing them on the roosts at night?

She turns a year in May, she roosts on a flat surface above the nesting boxes. Here is what it looks like (she is not in this picture)

There's a lot of chicken touching each other. It's probably from roosting close to others, or even when she's in the nest boxes. Cochins have soft feather so they can get damaged easier.
