Silkie wry neck

How do you prevent the wry neck?
My silkies are establishing pecking order, and there starting to get a bit twitchy. Meaning bobbing there heads every now and then in an unusual manor.
Besides separating, how do i help to prevent the wry neck?

Oh, and there not fighting horribly, its just every now and then peck at each other, nothing to concerning.
But seriously, what can I do if anything?

Both of my silkie girls are a lot "twitchier" than my other chickens. They're more spastic (in a hilarious way) and have a lot more bobbing and strange behaviors. So I wouldn't presume wry neck just based on that.
