Silkie

The ones with white and black spots I think is are splash. The Gray is blue, and the blondish one is going to be a light buff color. You probably can call it blonde. And your little goose is an African Goose! Their very sweet!
Thank you! The goose egg was supposed to be a mystery egg. The breeder said that he has Toulouse, Chinese, Sebastopol, and Buff geese both male and female. I wasn’t quite sure what kind it was. If it is African or Chinese is there an easy way of telling whether it’s a boy or girl without vent sexing it?

I'm pretty sure the African and Chinese geese are the same thing. I'm not sure how to sex geese. We're still trying to see if our goose is male or female, and she or he is about 10 months old.

I know haha we had rescued a Canadian gosling who’s parents had been killed by coyotes or something this last spring. I think you can tell the gender in those by their tail feathers. The males are rounded while the females come to more of a point.

So here is an updated picture of my 8 silkies along with the older picture. The one chick that was “bluish grey” is now more of a white color. I was just curious of what y’all thought as this is my first time raising silkies.(Featuring one game rooster chick as well)
