yes, she will dq with that foot.
If she was mine,she would NOT be in the breeding pen. if you have something with correct toes, that is a much better choice. if you don't, the chicks with the wrong number of toes will be pet quality no matter how nice they look otherwise.
 
She is blue, see the wings how they look gray color? That means blue. Black will be black all over with some green if you are lucky. She looks very sweet and will make a great pet. I hope you enjoy her.

Definitely a blue, with an extra toe, she shouldn't be shown as she will be DQed, but would be fine as a breeder bird. There are not separate genes for 6 toes versus 5. The polydactyly gene causes both. There is a variation where you can get nearly a doubled foot, and it this was the case (it is not) I would say not to use as a breeder.

Obviously, if you have other birds that are equally as good, but without the fault, you would prefer to use them, but if not...
