Good! She laid an egg. I'm not sure wether to leave it or remove it, because it isn't fertile.

I would probably remove it so that way it wouldn't become rotten but I don't have pigeons so I wouldn't know what to do.

That's what I thought too. But someone else said to leave it. She'll realize it's a dud and kick it out at the end of incubation time. I'm hoping to get her a mate soon

How are you?

I'm good... the other day my broody duck got of the nest for I bit and I checked her nest and there was a smashed egg in the nest and there was a dead duckling in the egg I didn't even expect the eggs to even get far enough to look like ducklings.... I should have more faith in my ducks, but the duck I have that's supposed to be a breed better at being broody than that one never managed to even get the eggs that far... I think.

I'm great! Happy and full of homemade peach pie. I have a broody silkie on egs and two other broody silkies on nothing. Silly girls
