I need some help. My five year old male Border Collie is acting freaky. He's getting really scared randomly, and is acting nervous. Any ideas?

Is there a chance of a thunder storm or something else unusual in the weather coming?

Are people shooting guns within earshot? Our farm dog gets so tense and freakish when it's thundering or if he heard gunshots.
