She ran off with her chicks and her chicks came back without her. I miss her SO much, it's not fair that she died. If I had won, she wouldn't have been in a place where there weren't coyotes and foxes. It's my fault.

They're getting big Basically fully feathered and getting bigger fast. Still scrawny teenagers but they're about as tall as their mommy

Both. As you can see the first one is quite a few inches taller than the second, even though the second is straighter and not as twisted as the first.


And all potted up into 5 gallon pots and tied to stakes to help them grow straight


And while I'm at it
This is one of the avocado pits I showed you guys a few weeks ago, its got to shoots coming out


And I thought I'd show you my artichoke seedlings I started. I'm really excited about them!
