Sounds yummy. And authentic.Tonight I made real pork ramen, with pork steak laid out instead of the Japanese pork belly, and some fresh homemade chicken broth, miso, and I used soba noodles. Yeah, soba noodles.
Care to mail me a plate?

Duck?? Wowzers. Congrats (right?) I've never had a duck go broody except for mallards.
