They dedicate LOTS of volunteer time keeping the forum running smoothly." and I wouldn't want anyone to think I was trying to be disrespectful... I worry about the rules too much

That's good then I get banner adds every 10 posts or so and then a local add just above the reply box

Really? That's odd. I rarely see banners, much less big ads. On Desktop is see tons of ads. Are you in mobile version on mobile device, or desktop version on mobile device?

I'm in mobile version. I don't get as many adds in desktop but can't Mav desk mode on the mobile
