Silkies and quails?

I’m asking for another person but can silkies and quails live together?
I no silkies are really calm and kind birds but I don’t know anything about quails, I just know there really small

I think they would be fine if they grew up together.

I’ve heard quail are very susceptible to illness from other poultry, and it is recommended to keep them separate.

Bobwhite are pretty hardy.

I have also read each have their own set of illnesses the other is more susceptible too and the recommendations are to keep poultry and quail separate. Try searching it maybe you can find more information.
