i agree with @HuffleClaw front looks pullet and back looks cockerel. As far as age, I would guess 10-12 weeks from pics. first crows from my dominant cockerel started around 12-13 weeks so you should know for sure soon!!

Four to five months of age is a safer time to sex them. But in some cases you can't be certain till they crow or lay eggs.
