silkies color/showablity about 6 months old

I am interested in what anyone has to say about these two birds. I know the lighter on is a boy (he crows) but I am thinking the darker is a girl. What do you think? Do they have good crest? What about color? Would you post your pictures of partridge?

I'm just getting into partridge, so at that age I haven't a clue. Some of our experts need to get on here. They are cute though.

I would say, since I think that I can answer one of your questions. The first is definitely a little girl.

The coloring is lovely and would do well up against some of the blander looking partridges. Top one does look like a female and she has a lovely crest. Love the reddish coloring on the boy.

How are the toes? Do they have 5 and nice spacing? Do they have any hard tail feathers in their back poof?

I dont breed partridge so dont know much about them. But get some pictures of them outside walking around, standing, etc to show off their body type.
