Cbrown, is the silkie a hen or roo? What age is it? I have 2 whites someone brung me from tennessee. I live in Texas, hoping for a pair. Cannot tell if pair or roos or hens.

I'm not 100% sure. Judging from pics I've looked at, I believe she is a hen bc she almost no comb. She also does not crow, but she is only about 4 or 5 months old. I got her at a swap meet and the family didn't answer any of my questions.
