Silkies hatching today

I purchased 10 silky eggs from fleabay and was shipped 12. I had 1 infertile and 2 died after 2 weeks in incubator. I have 7 out and the other 2 are pipped , this is day 21. My incubator has an adjustable timer for the turner rollers and it was set for larger Breda eggs that hatched last week. Well it was actually turning these smaller eggs over and basically ending up where they started. Maybe the reason for the dead in shell but I'm
Surprised I got as many as I did to hatch.
