Silkies hatching!

I have a little paint that hatched and it was laying omits back peeping, I swooped it over it doesn't appear to walk that good is that normal when they first hatch out? The Moma hen tucked it under her so can't see what's going on very well, thought I would just give it some time. I have another on with one leg out only for at least a hour since I seen it the leg is even fluffy and dry should I help it? These chicks are with hens not incubator.

Ok, the one with just a foot out is out, thank you God. Still don't know about the paint it was just siting in front of a hen and she was softly clucking at it. Don't know if it can walk well yet or not. Wow this is stressful!
