Silkies male or female?

I realise this is near impossible but anyone any ideas on these two silkies being male or female? They are 17 weeks and still not a clue!

The white looks to me like a male, but I'm not a pro at this yet, so I could easily be wrong.
can you get better pictures of the black one? that will help everyone.

From the photos provided, they both appear to be female at this age. Though Silkies are tricky and photos are best taken of the bird without a cage in the way. Can you get close-ups of the combs? Best way is to hold the bird with one hand, push the crest back with the other hand and then have someone else take the photo.

Thank you for your responses. I will attempt to get better photos tomorrow! Neither have visible combs but then nor does my gold silkie who I’m certain is a male!

Both look to be pullets. I agree, close up of combs would help.
