My 6 silkies were drinking around half a gallon of water a day up until the weather has turned cold. Now there drinking at most a cup or so a day. Should i be concerned? I change there water a couple times a day t make sure it isnt freezing and replace it with warm water.

Chickens tend to eat and drink less in the winter. I wouldn't worry too much about it. You may want to put some vitamins in their water to insure they are getting all the nutrients they need. I give my chickens vitamins in their water at least once a week.
