Silkies piping on the wrong side of egg

So day 20 1 hatched I have 3 that popped on the pointy end of the eggs... Is there anything that can be done? Or should they be ok?

Watch them closely. If they pipped near the pointy end of the egg, they are malpositioned and might need help - although sometimes they can hatch by themselves as per normal. Give them time as they will need to absorb the yolk and blood from the veins. If they have piped and can breath, the recommended thing to do would be to let them make their own progress for 24hrs (as long as they aren't in distress) and then assist hatching if they haven't hatched within that time period. Make sure you read up on assisted hatching thoroughly before you attempt it though, as it is a super slow process and can go very wrong.

The pip in the first photo in your post looks like it's in the right spot (though if the other photo - though there are two other photos labelled as Egg 3 that show it at the small end. Watch those eggs. Usually chicks push eggs around in the nest and it doesn't matter too much, but you should keep the incubator totally dark to keep the other chick calm (otherwise it will be more rough with the remaining eggs).

Also if I need to help the will getting it out hurt the others that popped in the right spots?

Give them the 24 hrs and then decide whether to assist. Chances are if it's over 24hrs that they could be stuck as they are malpositioned. I have cracked the incubator super quickly before with no ill effects, but it really depends on what kind of incubator it is and whether it keeps humidity and temperature stable (and doesn't take long to stabilize back again).

yesterday after 24 hr of waiting, I assisted to help I did a little bit Evey 3-4 hour making sure to go slow and followed a few articles I found. They both have made it so far but one has a foot that does not move right . The other both feet are having issues and a small part of the yoke sac is still not inside ... Now I have made braces for the feet and have tried to reduce infection with iodine and gave them a little sav a chick water mixture... They both are weaker then the other 4 chicks that hatched natural with no issues... I have worked In my day job with special need so doing the extra care is something I'm ok doing. Just hope it worth it for them.

... I did use a humidifier in the room of incubator to help lessen the lose of humindy when I did help them seemed to work will I helped the eggs 2 others hatched natural.. I did add a Tupperware for the eggs I helped so the would not be troubled by other chicks.....
