Also where are you located? In the US an Auracana should be tufted and rumpless.

I’m in the UK so I think they may have different breed standards but not 100% sure on the differences

Cockerels.

They are completely at the bottom of the pecking order and haven’t once tried to fight back when the others have pecked and bullied them so that is making me think they may be pullets. Hopefully in 10 more weeks I will know for sure

That's what I thought. You have a British standard lavender Araucana. I would imagine people would want that but maybe they're more sought after here than they are there.

British Araucana have a tail and a crest while American Araucana are rumpless and tufted instead.
