The one on the right is significantly smaller & is beginning to get picked on

They do look like cockerels to me. But don’t take my word for it, I’m new to this and I know silkies are especially difficult. But my silkie cockerel was obvious from 2 weeks old, and he’s getting similar pointy feathers on his tail and head poof that all of yours have. Pictures of their combs will probably help others determine!
