There are tons of free drawing apps you’d probably have better luck with. It might also be helpful to you if you try not to trace. You can’t really improve your art skills by tracing. You can however use a reference photo, and try to copy it instead. That forces you to work on understanding the anatomy, instead of just tracing it.

Don’t get me wrong, I trace sometimes too when I’m lazy and just want to color, but when genuinely practicing your skills and passively trying to improve them you will get so much farther referencing the photo, instead of tracing it.

I'll stick to my laptop. I'm not interested in drawing on my phone. I was just seeing how JBM did it. It's hard!

There are paint apps that you can download to do that.
