Ok, these are my cuties; what have I got? Roo's (colors), Hens (colors). Any ideas?

Also, how soon should I separate the colors? And what colors should I leave together? Your opinion? I do want to separate some whites and blacks.

You have partridge, Black, & white silkies. I also saw some white show girls in there

I saw both roos and hens. As for what ones exactly I couldn't tell you for sure you need to take individual shots of the birds and perferably the heads.

That one is up to you. If you want pure colors then whites with whites. Partridge with partridge. And black can go with black or blue, black & splash.

But if you are looking to get differant colors then you can leave them together.

Also most silkies are mature by 6 months some are early bloomers and some are late bloomers. But the average is 6 months old.​

Thank you Reese for so much info. I'll try to get a few head shots this weekend. They are about 4 1/2 months old now. I do have one or two lavender silkies in there, should I pair those with the blacks/blues ?

I would keep the lavs seperate. But If you want to throw a color in there I would only throw black in there. Not blue.​
