Silkies Roosting Question

I am not sure under what catogory this goes under but got a question

I read the other day somewhere and not sure it is true but any way that Silkies don't fly..so do they are not??

And not how high off the ground should there roosting pole be?

My roosts for my Silkies are 3 ft high. Most of the time, they prefer to huddle together in the corner of the coop. No, the cannot fly...

Thank you for the quick answer..now I can put that on my hubbys honey do list when he gets home is to move there roost down..they are so cute and adorable I have a male Harley is his name and white female and a a black female...white is Milly and black is Molly..Milly lays now..got some in incubator and they are fertile..
