Silkies that won't go Broody

I have 3 silkie hens, 1 bantam hen wyandotte and 1 bantam rooster wyandotte.
They are about a year old give or take and none of them have gone broody. I really want them to start sitting on eggs.
Does anyone have experience with chickens not going broody?

Yes! My Mille fleur will not sit on her eggs either. I have no clue. Hopefully we can find the answer
I have been taking her eggs every 15 days cause there are so many eggs in her nest she starts laying somewhere else. It's like a game, she hides them when the nest gets full and when I take them out she goes back to laying in that same nest. It's the weirdest thing. I only have one so I obviously know its hers. Lol
