Silkies--when do they become full size?

My oldest silkies are 2 1/2 months. They look as big as my friend's banty Wyandottes. Will they gain in size for a couple months? When will they stop growing?

they are a small chicken...at 2 and a half months they are about half sized, depending on what hatchery they are from...i have 9 silkies...
