Silkies won't lay!!!

I am trying to get one last batch of chicks before I give my silkies a winter break, but they won't lay anything! I have had a trio separated in a large rabbit hutch for over a week now. I put a light on them since the days are getting shorter, but they still haven't laid anything. I know they aren't molting, because their feathers look fine.

2 of mine have been broody for ever now! How long do they stay broody UGGGGG!
