Not super high maintenance. They're pretty good at keeping themselves clean. If they do find themselves abit dirty, & bath is an option.

Ok good that goes for both large and bantam silkies too? Are they usually easy to bath?

Both large, & bantam yes.
Bathing difficulty has to do with the bird's themselves. Some enjoy it, some tolerant it, others will hate it.
