you can determine gender by size...cockerels tend to be bigger than the pullets post pics and might be able to tell you their gender. need comb shots and body shots and a group shot

Yep. I have a hen that is bigger than average, and a hen that is smaller. All have the same father. So the bigger hen's offspring is obviously much smaller than the rest. I would only say sex them by size once they are older. It wouldn't be a surefire way to sex them.
