Silky bantam rooster near Detroit MI needs to fly the coop

HI,
I am new to BYC and chicken raising in general. I have a rooster (didn't realize it until it started crowing) who is apparently a "late bloomer". Roosters are not allowed in my neighborhood plus I really don't want to get on my neighbors bad side with the whole chicken experience. I live in the Detroit area, if anyone wants a free rooster or can suggest what I can do to get rid of it, I would greatly appreciate it.
